Do you book holidays?

No, we are purely a business travel agent. We channel all our expertise into this specialised area of the market.

Why do you not charge service fees for hotels and cars?

Unlike airlines, we do earn commission from these suppliers, therefore, there is no reason to pass any charges onto our clients.

Can we have an account?

We do offer a range of payment options which does include a 30 day account.

Can I contact you at any time?

We do offer a free 24 hour out of hours service but this is only for extreme emergencies.

What are your opening times?

We are open Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1730.

If we call for advice, are we charged?

We are happy to discuss any of your travel needs free of charge.

Do you have an head office?

No, we have one office where you can contact everyone from reservations to account and even the managing director.

Do I have to talk to the same person each time I call?

The choice is yours. Our specialised systems are designed in a way that any member of staff can access your bookings in seconds. If you wish to talk to the same person, that is fine as well.
